1. General
Subject to stock availability. We attempt to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there could also be a stock shortage and that we won’t be ready to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we’ll fulfill the available products to you, and get in touch with you about whether you’d like better to wait for the restocking of the back ordered item or if you prefer to process a refund.


2. Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product at the time of checkout. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before any purchases.


3. Shipping and Delivery
Aldebran delivers to most of the addresses of UAE and also in GCC countries. Shipping charges and delivery time are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while orders may be delayed for reasons outside of our control. In that scenario, don’t hesitate to contact at Info@aldebran.ae.

3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for two – seven days.

3.2 Transit time internationally
Mostly, our orders had been shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly relying on the courier service you’ve selected. We are ready to offer a more specific estimate once you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
Orders placed before 10 AM – GST (UTC +4) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which era the warehouse is getting to be closed. In these instances, we take steps to form sure shipment delays are getting to be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are ready to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.4 P.O. Box Shipping
Aldebran will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to supply courier services to those locations.

3.5 Military Address Shipping
We are ready to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are not able to provide this service using courier services.

3.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we’ll cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time of the parcel has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we’ll conduct an investigation.

3.8 Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they go to be able to follow the progress of their shipment supported by the most recent updates made available by the shipping provider.

3.9 Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you found the parcel is broken in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and acquire it in-tuned with our customer service. If the delivery of the parcel had been done without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.


4. Returns
4.1 Return Due To Change of Mind
Aldebran will happily accept returns thanks to a change of mind as long as an invitation to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging (same packaging at the time of receiving the product), unused and in a resell-able condition.
Return shipping is going to be paid at the customer’s expense and can be required to rearrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds are going to be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you through email once the above process has been done.
If you’ve made a mistake in purchasing, don’t hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, there are more chances to lesser the shipping, which is kinder to the environment. Even better, choose as carefully as you’ll before hitting that confirmation button of happiness.
Aldebran will refund the worth of the products returned but won’t refund the worth of any shipping paid.

4.2 Warranty Returns
Aldebran respects the valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers are going to be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we’ll reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of things for a warranty claim, you’ll expect Aldebran to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive whatever you choose:
(a) A refund to your payment method,
(b) A refund in store credit,
(c) A replacement item sent to you, (if it is in stock).


5. Duties & Taxes
5.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the amount of the products as displayed on the website.

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments are going to be pre-paid, with no additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.


6. Cancellations
If you modify your mind before you’ve got received your order, we are ready to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please ask our refund policy.


7. Insurance
The parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the worth as stated by the courier service.


8. Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon, once the courier service has completed its investigation into the claim of parcels.

8.1 Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement only when the courier service has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.


9. Security
When purchasing from Aldebran your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
